OASIS BISAN LLC is a Ukrainian industrial enterprise based on growing sturgeon fish species and getting black caviar. 
OASIS BISAN LLC was established in 2011.Cultivation of fish takes place in recirculated system, which completely excludes external factors. 
In our team working only professionals that have over 20 years experience in fish industry, that know how process of growing and supporting fish influence on our productivity to be more effective. 
Project capacity of a fish-breeding zone is equal to 25-30 tons of commodity fish and 1-2 tons of caviar a year. 
The main activity of the company is the cultivation and sale sturgeon of fish: sterlet , bester, Russian sturgeon, as well as the reception and processing of natural and high quality black caviar. 
We apply the latest achievements and technologies in sphere of sturgeon breeding that makes our enterprise perfect and ecologically safe and allows making our production better quality that corresponds to all international standards.

Sertification

In march 2018 our company has introduced and adopted the precautionary model of the system of safety in food production ISO 22000:2005 by the German certification body in the field of International TUV SUD Quality Standards.

Export

From may 2019 according to EU Commission decision our company has got a permission to export our production (sturgeon caviar) in EU countries.

Only Pure Water

We use only pure water for sturgeon caviar production, completely free of heavy metals, radionuclide, pesticides.

 

Only quality feed

OASIS BISAN closely monitors the quality of the feeds and the living conditions of the fish no genetically modified products are used during production of the feeds. Feed producers are reliable with the best quality control, that have a lot of experience in this market.

The quality of our products directly depends on the condition of our sturgeons. Precisely for this reason in our farms we use only clean water and feed with the highest quality.

STERLET CAVIAR

Sterlet is an ordinary European species of sturgeon, one of the smaller sturgeon species.
Caviar size ranges from 1,5 mm to 2 mm.
 
Unique grey color that can be found only in 2 types of sturgeons: Beluga and Sterlet.
Taste – this is achieved by flavour and a very fine texture, which can only be found in sterlet.
All caviar is vacuum packed in glass jars 100 gr ,retaining the perfect flavor and taste of natural sturgeon caviar. 
Ingredients: caviar of sterlet ovulatory , salt,Е202,glycerine.
 
Shelf life : 12 months.
 
Keep refrigerated at all times: from – 2 to – 4ºC.
Opened jar keep at temperatures from 0 to + 6ºC not more than 48 hours.
 

CAVIAR BESTER

Bester is a hybrid of beluga and sterlet  that combines the virtues of both species.
The eggs reach a diameter of 2.5mm and color varies from silvery gray to anthracite hues.
Taste – this is achieved by flavour and a very fine texture, which can only be found in sterlet.
All caviar is vacuum packed in glass jars 100 gr ,retaining the perfect flavor and taste of natural sturgeon caviar. 
Ingredients: caviar of bester ovulatory , salt, Е202, glycerine.
 
Shelf life : 12 months.
 
Keep refrigerated at all times: from – 2 to – 4ºC.
Opened jar keep at temperatures from 0 to + 6ºC not more than 48 hours.
 
OASIS BISAN CAVIAR is unpasteurized caviar, with minimal salting processing that keeps its absolute pure taste, has light odor, tender consistency and luxurious flavor bouquet. 
We work in close collaboration with our customers and always take into consideration their taste preferences when producing our caviar.
